Because of the generosity of people who believe every girl deserves to live in safety, the Longido Girls’ Safe House is now a reality. The doors are open, and girls who once faced the threat of child marriage, violence, or losing their education now have a place of refuge, hope, and opportunity.
Now comes the next chapter.
On October 9, we invite you to join the Family Village Foundation for an inspiring evening as we come together under the theme Sisi ni Moja—”We Are One.” Together, we will raise the funds needed to keep the safe house operating by providing food, education, counseling, staffing, medical care, and the daily support these remarkable young women need to heal, grow, and build brighter futures.
When one girl is given safety, education, and hope, an entire family—and eventually an entire community—can be transformed. Together, we are more than donors. We are partners. We are family.
